The name of the restaurant means "BROTHER" in Tajik, like AKO - older brother, and UKO - younger.
This symbolizes a united approach towards common goals.
The birth of the idea:
The adventure begins in 2015 in Tajikistan, when we dreamed of presenting the richness of Tajik cuisine to European gourmets.
Great adventure in Poland:
Two years later, we came to Poland with the mission of spreading Tajik cuisine.
The vision became a reality and the heart and soul put into the project resulted in the opening of AKO-UKO.
The culinary essence of Tajikistan:
The cuisine whose secrets lie in the fusion of Central Asia is rich in traditional dishes of lamb, beef and many others.
Our menu is a journey through authentic flavors, from soups to Tajik dumplings and samsas.
